you will have to register for a user name, home page is in French, but after that you should be ok.
how to register:

- click on the link for the forum
- click into the "english spoken discussion" eg General Aviation Discussion.
- new screen pops up asking you to login
- look for the button at the bottom of the login page - s'enregistrer
- click "j'accepte le reglement" to accept the conditions
- fill in the blanks and submit.

some french translations:
nom d'utilisateur - the name you wish to use for login/forum
adresse email - your email addrfess
mot de passe - password
language - language.
